When David Schmidt (Owner) and Ian Locker (Head Mechanic) from Schmidt quarries urgently needed a Deutz engine for their screen but could not wait the 18 weeks for a factory remanufactured engine from Germany it was Kenny Fackler from EIP Power Solutions to the rescue knowing exactly which parts needed to be changed to turn a standard Australian spec engine into the same spec as their engine . Within a week they had the new engine back in the machine and running including the delivery to site which accounted for 2 days .

“Ken from EIP diesel was lovely to deal with he helped us out so much and got us an engine that we needed for our machine quickly. We were supposed to have our engine delivered to us on Tuesday by Banisters Transport and it did not come nor did Banisters inform Ken it was not being delivered as usual. Ken called Banisters and asked them what was going on with the engine to which they replied to him saying that due to covid they were not going to deliver it to us. Ken then went out of his way without being asked and drove up to Newcastle himself, picked up the engine and personally delivered it to us. Ken’s service has given us the opportunity to have our machine back up and running ready for work.
Without Ken, we would not have been able to get back to work as quickly as we did.
